    1. The Apollo 13 moon flight crew used the phase “Houston, we have a problem!” to report a major technical problem back to Houston Space Center. After an on-board explosion, Apollo 13 lost their oxygen tank. Apollo 13’s crew returned to earth safely with the help of Houston’s technical support team.
